1. Who we are

Ctrl Alt Boost Solutions ("Ctrl Alt Boost", "we", "us") is a digital marketing agency based at Colony @ KLCC, Vipod @ KLCC, 6 Jalan Kia Peng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through ctrlaltboost.com, our forms, WhatsApp and email, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email, social media or website links, the services you are interested in, your preferred call time and any message you write.
• Conversations: messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
• Website usage: pages visited, clicks (for example on WhatsApp buttons), device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived (for example from an ad), collected with cookies and similar tools.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange your free diagnosis call.
• To prepare proposals and deliver services you agree to.
• To understand how our website and ads perform, and improve them.
• To show our ads to people who have visited our website (remarketing).
• To meet legal, accounting and tax duties.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies, analytics and ads

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads (conversion tracking and remarketing) and the Meta Pixel. These tools set cookies or use similar technology to measure visits and ad results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Google (Workspace, Sheets, Analytics, Ads), Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), our website hosting provider and our accounting software, and with team members or contractors working on your project. Some of these providers store data outside Malaysia; we use reputable providers with their own data protection safeguards. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

If you ask about our services, we keep your details so we can follow up and share relevant updates, for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as needed for the project and for legal and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, ask us to stop sending you marketing messages, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hi@ctrlaltboost.com. We will reply within 21 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue to provide some services.

8. Keeping it safe

We use access-controlled accounts and reputable platforms to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

9. Visitors outside Malaysia

If you contact us from Singapore, Australia, New Zealand or elsewhere, we handle your data as described here and respect the privacy laws that apply to you.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
